A device for instant manufacture of customized paint which comprises a container housing at least two cans , the cans are interconnected by means of a pipe , the pipe having valves which operate on electronic signals ,connected to a pump the pump being provided with a variable frequency drive the paint container being removably placed on a weighing platform the weight being transmitted to a control system to control the variable frequency drive , pump and valve and the control system , the weighing platform being connected to a central processing unit , the terminals of which being connected to the LCD a smart card ,memory and to a digital input/output device appropriately and the output of the digital input/output device being connected to a relay board and the output of the relay board connected to the variable frequency drive , to the valves and membrane keyboard for human interface.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de préparation instantanée de peinture personnalisée qui comprend un corps formant contenant, au moins deux pots qui sont reliés entre eux au moyen d'un tuyau, le tuyau comportant des soupapes commandées par des signaux électroniques et couplées à une pompe, ladite pompe étant dotée d'un entraînement à fréquence variable. Le contenant est placé de manière amovible sur une plate-forme de pesage, le poids est envoyé à un système de commande qui commande l'entraînement à fréquence variable, la pompe et la soupape; le système de commande et la plate-forme de pesage sont connectés à une unité centrale de traitement dont les sorties sont respectivement reliées à l'afficheur à cristaux liquides, à une carte intelligente, à une mémoire et à un dispositif d'entrée/sortie numérique dont la sortie est couplée à une carte-relais, la sortie de ladite carte-relais étant elle-même reliée à l'entraînement à fréquence variable, aux soupapes et à un clavier tactile pour l'interface humaine.
