The device comprises: a frame (2) prediposed to be associated to a motor vehicle, which frame (2) delimits an opening (3) of a chamber (30); a hatch (4) prdisposed to close the opening (3) delimited by the frame (2); means for moving, interpositioned between the frame (2) and the hatch (4), predisposedto activate the hatch (4) and to move the hatch (4) between at least a closed position, in which the hatch (4) closes the opening (3) delimited by the frame (2), and at least an open position, in which the hatch (4) does not close the opening (3). The means for moving are arranged in such a way as to define a plane of motion, oscillating about a main rotation axis (x), on which plane of motion the means for moving slide the batch (4) along a sliding direction (y) which is perpendicular to the main rotation axis (x). The main rotation axis (x) is transversal with respect to the opening (3) delimited by the frame (2).

Le dispositif de cette invention comprend un cadre (2) conçu pour être associé à un véhicule à moteur, lequel cadre (2) délimite une ouverture (3) d'une chambre (30), une trappe (4) conçue pour fermer l'ouverture (3) délimité par le cadre (2), des moyens de déplacement, placés entre le cadre (2) et la trappe (4), conçus pour actionner la trappe (4) et déplacer cette trappe (4) entre au moins une position fermée, dans laquelle la trappe (4) ferme l'ouverture (3) délimitée par le cadre (2), et au moins une position ouverte, dans laquelle la trappe (4) ne ferme pas l'ouverture (3). Les moyens de déplacement sont conçus de façon à définir un plan de mouvement, oscillant autour d'un axe de rotation principal (x), plan de mouvement sur lequel les moyens de déplacement font coulisser la trappe (4) le long d'une direction de coulissement (y) perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation principal (x). L'axe de rotation principal (x) est transversal par rapport à l'ouverture (3) délimitée par le cadre (2).
