A device (302) for preventing the rewetting of pulp in an apparatus for processing pulp, the apparatus comprising at least one rotatable drum (202, 204) provided with a permeable outer surface (208, 208) and a plurality of axial filtrate channels (210, 212) provided Inwardly of the outer surface (206, 208). The apparatus processes the pulp by at least removing liquid from the pulp and transporting the liquid from the pulp to the filtrate channels (210, 212) through the outer surface (208, 208). The device (302) is adapted to be installed in one of the plurality of filtrate channels (210, 212), and comprises an axially extending filtrate barrier (304) for preventing the flow of liquid from the trailing part of the filtrate channel (210, 212) to the outer surface (206, 208) of the drum (202, 204), and at least one axialiy extending support element (306) connected to the filtrate barrier (304). At least one biasing member (308, 310, 312) is adapted to bias the filtrate barrier (304) away from the support element (306) to a first unbiased position, in relation to the support element (306), at which an extended transverse extension of the device (302) is provided, and adapted to bias the filtrate barrier (304) away from the support element (306) to at least one second unbiased position, in relation to the support element (306), at which a reduced transverse extension of the device (302) is provided. An apparatus for processing pulp comprising said device (302).
L'invention concerne un dispositif (302) destiné à empêcher la réhumidification de la pâte à papier dans un appareil de transformation de pâte à papier, l'appareil comportant au moins un tambour rotatif (202, 204) doté d'une surface extérieure perméable (206, 208) et d'une pluralité de conduits axiaux (210, 212) pour filtrat aménagés intérieurement à la surface extérieure (206, 208). L'appareil transforme la pâte à papier au moins en enlevant du liquide de la pâte et en transportant le liquide issu de la pâte jusqu'aux conduits (210, 212) pour filtrat à travers la surface extérieure (206, 208). Le dispositif (302) est prévu pour être installé dans un conduit parmi la pluralité de conduits (210, 212) pour filtrat, et comporte une barrière pour filtrat (304) s'étendant axialement afin d'empêcher un écoulement de liquide de la partie arrière du conduit (210, 212) pour filtrat jusqu'à la surface extérieure (206, 208) du tambour (202, 204), et au moins un élément (306) de soutien s'étendant axialement, relié à la barrière (304) pour filtrat. Au moins un organe (308, 310, 312) de sollicitation est prévu pour solliciter la barrière (304) pour filtrat de façon à l'écarter de l'élément (306) de soutien jusqu'à une première position sans sollicitation, par rapport à l'élément (306) de soutien, où une étendue transversale agrandie est conférée au dispositif (302), et prévu pour solliciter la barrière (304) pour filtrat de façon à l'écarter de l'élément (306) de soutien jusqu'à au moins une deuxième position sans sollicitation, par rapport à l'élément (306) de soutien, où une étendue transversale rétrécie est conférée au dispositif (302). L'invention concerne également un appareil de transformation de pâte à papier comportant ledit dispositif (302).
