This invention relates to a device for removing the skin (6) from opposite sides of bird trunk (3), the device comprising a conveyor (4) for moving at least one bird trunk from a loading position (5) towards a skinning device, the skinning device comprising a first skinner (10) for removing the skin from a first side (1) of the bird trunk (3) and a second skinner (20) for removing the skin from a second side (2) of the bird trunk (3) opposite the first side, the conveyor (4) being provided for moving the trunk part (3) from the loading position (5) in downward direction towards the first skinner (10), the device comprising a first guiding (11) with a pair of guidings positioned on opposite sides of the conveyor (4) for positioning and guiding the trunk part in longitudinal direction with its head front end (7) pointing towards a central passage (30) in the device and the first skinner (10), the device comprising a second guiding (21) at a position below the first guiding (11) for guiding the trunk part towards the first skinner and restricting the movement of the trunk part in a direction pointing away from the first skinner (10).
L'invention concerne un dispositif à enlever la peau (6) des côtés opposés du tronc (3) d'un volatile. Ce dispositif comprend un transporteur (4) destiné à déplacer au moins un tronc de volatile entre une position de chargement (5) et un dispositif à enlever la peau. Le dispositif à enlever la peau comprend un premier élément à enlever la peau (10) destiné à enlever la peau d'un premier côté (1) du tronc (3) du volatile et un second élément à enlever la peau (20) destiné à enlever la peau du second côté (2) du tronc (3) du volatile. Le transporteur (4) permet de déplacer le tronc (3) entre la position de chargement (5), vers le bas, vers le premier élément à enlever la peau (10). Le dispositif comprend également un premier élément de guidage (11) formé par deux pièces disposées de part et d'autre du transporteur (4), destiné à positionner et à guider le tronc dans le sens de la longueur, avec l'extrémité côté tête (7) orientée vers un passage central (30) du dispositif et le premier élément à enlever la peau (10). Le dispositif comprend également un second élément de guidage (21) situé en-dessous du premier élément de guidage (11), destiné à guider le tronc vers le premier élément à enlever la peau et à empêcher que le tronc ne se déplace dans une direction opposée à celle du premier élément à enlever la peau (10).
