A device for storing and dispensing substances, preferably small quantities of liquids, includes a container 10 formed by two sheets 11, 12 interconnected by hot sealing and cooperating to form a compartment 14 for receiving the liquid 15 and a pocket 16 for receiving a brush 13. In the area between the compartment 14 and the pocket 16, the connection between the sheets 11, 12 includes a pre-defined break zone 22 which can be released by pressure exerted on the compartment 14, to force the liquid from the compartment14 into the pocket 16 and wet the tip 20 of the brush 13 disposed therein.

Un dispositif pour le stockage et la distribution de substances, de préférence de petites quantités de liquides, comprend un récipient 10 formé par deux feuilles 11, 12 assemblées par thermosoudage et se conjuguant pour former un compartiment 14 qui reçoit le liquide 15 et une pochette 16 qui reçoit un pinceau 13. Dans la zone entre le compartiment 14 et la pochette 16, l'assemblage des feuilles 11, 12 comporte une zone de rupture prédéfinie 22 qu'on peut dégager en exerçant une pression sur le compartiment 14 pour forcer le liquide à passer du compartiment 14 à la pochette 16 de manière à mouiller la pointe 20 du pinceau 13 qui s'y trouve.
