The device is for supplying a liquid fuel to at least one burner member, including at least one fuel supply conduit and a controller for controlling a fuel flow through said at least one fuel supply conduit. The controller includes a pump driven by a motor and a control unit for controlling a number of revolutions of said motor and thus of the pump. The motor includes as asynchronous motor. The control unit includes a static frequency converter. The control unit includes sensing members for sensing a motor parameter, and an adjustment unit for adjusting an electric effect supplied to the motor in response to the motor parameter that is sensed.
