Device for treating wounds with reduced pressure. The device comprises a sealing film, which is placed sealingly around the wound to cover the latter, an underpressure source, as well as a tube (3), which connects a space over the wound and beneath the sealing film to the underpressure source. The interior of the tube comprises a longitudinal first strand (8) made of a hydrophobic material, as well as a second strand (9), made of an open-pored hydrophilic material, extending longitudinally over at least a part of the length of the tube. The said material strands are enclosed in a tube casing (10) made of a flexible material.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour traiter des plaies avec une pression réduite. Le dispositif comporte un film d'étanchéité qui est placé de manière étanche autour de la plaie afin de recouvrir celle-ci, une source de sous-pression, ainsi qu'un tube (3) qui raccorde un espace situé au-dessus de la plaie et en dessous du film d'étanchéité à la source de sous-pression. L'intérieur du tube comporte une première mèche longitudinale (8) fabriquée en un matériau hydrophobe, ainsi que d'une seconde mèche (9) fabriquée en un matériau hydrophile à pores ouverts, s'étendant longitudinalement sur au moins une partie de la longueur du tube. Lesdites mèches de matériau sont enfermées dans une enveloppe tubulaire (10) fabriquée en un matériau souple.
