A magnetic device to be used to increase the efficiency of the combustion of a combustible fuel and minimize the contaminated emissions therefrom. The magnetic device comprises a casing; a fuel conductor pipe retained within the casing, with the pipe having an inlet terminal and an outlet terminal; and a plurality of permanent magnets disposed around the pipe. The plurality of permanent magnets provide a strong positive magnetic field and a direction radial and axial of the flow of the combustible fuel, magnetizing and dispersing the molecules of the combustible fuel, to thereby improve the efficiency of the mixture and increase the efficiency of the combustion.
