A disposable device for transferring and/or circulating an active liquid into and/or inside an intracorporeal cavity is elongate along a reference axis, has an intrinsic axial consistency which is sufficient to allow the device to be introduced into the cavity by being pushed in axially. The device includes an expandable tampon made of at least one absorbent material, having a proximal portion and a distal portion, designed to collect and absorb said active liquid dispensed in the intracorporeal cavity and to expand and bear in a leak tight manner against mucous membrane of the intracorporeal cavity, and a source of liquid phase including a capsule, at least the proximal part of which is at least partially surrounded by the expandable tampon.
L'invention concerne un dispositif jetable permettant de transférer et/ou de faire circuler un liquide actif dans et/ou à l'intérieur d'une cavité intracorporelle, allongé le long d'un axe de référence, et présentant une consistance axiale intrinsèque suffisante pour permettre au dispositif d'être introduit dans une cavité, par poussée dans le sens axial. Ledit dispositif comprend un tampon expansible constitué au moins d'un matériau absorbant, présentant une partie proximale et une partie distale, conçu pour recueillir et absorber ledit liquide actif distribué dans la cavité intracorporelle, et pour s'étendre contre une membrane muqueuse de la cavité intracorporelle et la supporter de manière étanche; et une source de phase liquide comportant une capsule, dont au moins la partie proximale est au moins partiellement entourée par le tampon expansible.
