A homogenizer device, particularly for the preparation of homogenized samples of food substances the bacterial flora content of which is to be analyzed is characterized in that it comprises: - a cup-like container (4) for receiving the sample to be homogenized, - a lid (16) for the closure of the cup-like container, and - homogenizer means (40, 42) comprising a shaft (40) having a proximal end (44) provided with engagement means (44) for connection to drive means and a distal end (46) connected to an abrasive homogenizer member (42), the shaft (40) being mounted rotatably in an opening (24) of the lid (22, 16) and being provided with a tapered proximal portion (56) having a diameter which increases towards the proximal end (44) and which is such as to oppose forward movement of the shaft towards the sample by dimensional interference with the opening (24), wherein, under the effect of drive means suitable for imparting to the shaft (40) a rotary movement and an axial thrust towards the sample, the shaft can bring about a progressive enlargement of the opening (24) such as to permit the progressive forward movement of the shaft towards the sample which movement is opposed by the increasing interference of the tapered portion (56) with the opening (24).
L'invention concerne homogénéisateur destiné notamment à la préparation d'échantillons homogénéisés de substances alimentaires dont la teneur en flore bactérienne doit être analysée. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend: - un contenant (4) de type gobelet destiné à recevoir un échantillon à homogénéiser un couvercle (16) destiné à fermer le contenant de type gobelet et un moyen homogénéisateur (40, 42) comportant un arbre (40) ayant une extrémité proximale (44) pourvue d'un moyen de couplage (44) à connecter au moyen de commande et une extrémité distale (46) connectée à un élément homogénéisateur (42) abrasif, l'arbre (40) étant monté pivotant dans une ouverture (24) du couvercle (22, 16) et étant doté d'une partie proximale effilée (56) ayant un diamètre qui augmente en direction de l'extrémité proximale (44) et qui permet d'opposer un mouvement vers l'avant de l'arbre vers l'échantillon par interférence dimensionnelle avec l'ouverture (24). Sous l'action du moyen de commande permettant d'imprimer à l'arbre (40) un mouvement rotatif et une poussée axiale vers l'échantillon, l'arbre peut provoquer un élargissement progressif de l'ouverture (24) de manière à permettre le déplacement progressif vers l'avant de l'arbre vers l'échantillon, ce mouvement étant opposé par l'interférence accrue de la partie effilée (56) avec l'ouverture (24).
