The present invention relates to an improved package, suitable for holding a treatment fluid comprising a volatile solvent. The package (1) comprises a reservoir (2) for the liquid which is sealed by a rupturable seal (7). A cap (3), coupled to one end of the reservoir, is the form of a sleeve which is axially translatable along the reservoir from first to second positions. A cutting tool (17) integrated with the cap ruptures the rupturable seal as the cap is moved from first to second positions so that the liquid can thereby be made accessible through an opening in an end wall of the cap. The package provides excellent protection for volatile liquids, yet can be easily opened by a simple press-action, instantly providing access to the liquid so that it can subsequently accessed by a liquid applicator. Also disclosed are kits comprising the package and an applicator and/or treatment fluid.
La présente invention concerne un emballage amélioré approprié pour contenir un fluide de traitement renfermant un solvant volatile. Ledit emballage (1) comporte un réservoir (2) destiné au liquide et fermé hermétiquement par un sceau cassable (7). Un couvercle (3) couplé à une extrémité du réservoir, a la forme d'un manchon amovible axialement le long du réservoir d'une première à une seconde position. Un outil de découpe (17) intégré au couvercle rompt ledit sceau, tandis que le couvercle est déplacé de la première à la seconde positions, de telle manière qu'on peut accéder au liquide à travers une ouverture se trouvant dans une paroi d'extrémité du couvercle. L'emballage constitue une excellente protection pour les liquides volatiles, il peut cependant être facilement ouvert par une simple action de pression, ce qui donne instantanément accès au liquide par le biais d'un applicateur de liquide. Cette invention concerne également des kits comprenant l'emballage et un applicateur et/ou un fluide de traitement.
