A dosing device (1) for feeding doses of a grained, pelletized or granulated material out from a container, especially for dosing pelletized fish fodder from a silo. A pipe (10) adapted to suck pellets (3) out from the container/silo (2), is provided with a valve adapted to change between opening or closing at least one gate in the pipe wall. When the valve is open, the air flow through the pipe's (10) open end is reduced, such that pellets are not sucked into the pipe. The valve may consist of a sleeve (12) displaceable between two end positions by supplying pressurized air to an actuator (15, 17, 18, 19, 20). The sleeve is provided with holes (13) which, in one end position of the sleeve (12), overlap holes (11) in the pipe (10). A screen (14) prevents pellets from coming into contact with the sleeve (12).
Dispositif de dosage (1) servant à effectuer l'alimentation en doses de matériau en grains, en granules ou en granulés depuis un réservoir, en particulier, à doser de l'aliment pour poissons sous forme de granulés depuis un silo. Un conduit (10) conçu pour aspirer des granulés (3) hors du silo (2), comporte un clapet servant alternativement à ouvrir ou à fermer au moins un volet d'accès de la paroi du conduit. L'ouverture de ce clapet permet de limiter l'écoulement d'air à travers l'extrémité ouverte du conduit (10), de sorte que les granulés ne sont pas aspirés vers l'intérieur du conduit. Ce clapet peut être constitué par un manchon (12) pouvant se déplacer entre deux positions d'extrémité sous l'effet d'air sous pression alimentant un organe de commande (15, 17, 18, 19, 20). Ce manchon est pourvu d'orifices (13) qui, dans une position d'extrémité du manchon (12), recouvrent des orifices (11) du conduit (10). Une crépine (14) empêche les granulés de venir en contact avec le manchon (12).
