The invention discloses a downhole-drilling tool with high-pressure and continuous-flow jet and a method for breaking the rock. The downhole-drilling tool includes a drill pipe, filter, turbine unit, centrifugal pump or axial flow pump and drill bit. The drill pipe is driven by ground rotary table or top driving unit and is provided at its bottom with a drill bit. A high- pressure jet nozzle and a low-pressure jet nozzle is mounted on the drill bit. A filter, a turbine unit and a multistage centrifugal pump or axial flow pump are arranged sequently in the direction of the axes of drill pipe inside of the drill pipe. The said turbine unit has a hollow shaft that is connected with the filter. The input end of the pump's shaft is connected with output end of the hollow shaft. The invention can create continuous jet stream with high-pressure down the hole to break the rock and clean the debris so that the drilling speed is increased.
L'invention concerne un outil de forage de fond de trou à haute pression et jet continu ainsi qu'un procédé permettant de briser la roche. Ledit outil comporte une tige de sonde, un filtre, une unité de turbine, une pompe centrifuge ou pompe hélice et un trépan. La tige sonde est entraînée par une table rotative de fond ou une unité d'entraînement supérieure et pourvue d'un trépan à sa base. Une buse de jet haute pression et une buse de jet basse pression sont solidaires du trépan. Un filtre, une unité de turbine et une pompe centrifuge à étages ou pompe hélice sont disposés en série dans le sens des axes et à l'intérieur de la tige de sonde. L'unité de turbine est équipée d'un arbre creux relié au filtre. L'extrémité d'entrée de l'arbre de la pompe est relié à l'extrémité de sortie de l'arbre creux. L'invention concerne en outre un jet de liquide continu haute pression dirigé vers le bas du trou et destiné à briser la roche et à nettoyer les débris, ce qui permet d'accroître la vitesse de forage.
