The invention relates to a dual-purposed oven for roasting and heating. The oven is comprised of a housing, a driving unit, rotatable electrothermal tubs and non-rotatable electrothermal tubs. The said driving unit includes a motor and a transmission mechanism. The said electrothermal tubs are comprised of pipe sleeves and heating members in the pipe sleeves. The oven can roast and heat the food at the same time.
