A process to obtain a feed supplement composition for ruminants comprises the steps: a) cleaning whole raw grains, b) heat treating the whole grains, c) transporting the heat treated whole grains to a vented steeping tank through a flow control system, d) spraying a nitrogenous compound, from a compound tank with a flow control system, into the steeping tank, over the heat treated whole grains, e) crushing the heat treated grains combined with the nitrogenous compound, f) cooling the heat treated and crushed grains in a cooling drum, g)optionally further spraying the nitrogenous compound into the cooling drum, over the heat treated and crushed grains, and h) recovering the feed composition. A feed supplement composition for ruminants, obtained through the above described process, containing: a) at least one variety of raw grains, combined with b) a 5 to 40° nitrogenous compound.
Un procédé visant à obtenir une composition de supplément protéique pou ruminants comprend les étapes qui suivent. a) Nettoyage des grains entiers bruts; b) traitement thermique des grains bruts; c) transport des grains entiers thermotraités jusqu'à une cuve de trempage aérée, à travers un système de régularisation du débit; d) pulvérisation d'un composé azoté, d'une cuve mixte avec un système de régularisation du débit, dans la cuve de trempage, sur les grains entiers thermotraités; e) broyage des grains thermotraités, combiné au composé azoté; f) refroidissement des grains thermotraités et broyés dans un tambour de refroidissement; g) pulvérisation supplémentaire facultative du composé azoté dans le tambour de refroidissement, sur les grains thermotraités et broyés, et h) récupération de la composition protéique. Il s'agit d'une composition de supplément protéique pour ruminants, obtenue au moyen du procédé susmentionné et contenant : a) au moins une variété de grains bruts, combinée à b) un composé azoté compris entre 5 et 40 degrés.
