A fibreboard (4) formed by dry forming of a fibrous tissue (2) in a forming box (6) with subsequent heat treatment in an oven, wherein the fibres are selected from synthetic fibres, natural fibres or a mixture thereof, and wherein the fibreboard (4) is provided with rupture zones (30). The invention also relates to a forming box (6) for use in the manufacture of fibreboards (4), wherein the forming box (6) is arranged above a forming wire (14) which extends across a vacuum box (20). The object of the invention is to introduce rupture zones (30) in fibreboards (4) which are formed directly in the forming process, and that the gap (36) of the rupture zone is formed without the use of cutting tools. Hereby, fibreboards (4) can easily be adapted in width and length without the use of tools, while separation of the fibreboard (4) provides a regular rupture face ensuring that no thermal bridge is created at joints. The forming box (6) may be provided with vertical partitions (12) longitudinally of the forming wire (4) and sets of vertical partitions (13) transversely to the forming wire (14). The purpose of the partitions (12, 13) is to enable production of fibreboards (4) with incorporated rupture zones (30) or fibreboards (4) in independent webs/sections (58, 60).

L'invention concerne un panneau de fibres (4), présentant des zones de rupture (30), obtenu par formage à sec d'un tissu fibreux (2) placé dans une boîte de formage (6) et par traitement thermique dans un four, les fibres étant sélectionnées parmi des fibres synthétiques, des fibres naturelles ou un mélange de celles-ci. L'invention concerne aussi une boîte de formage (6) utilisée dans la fabrication de panneaux de fibres (4) et disposée au-dessus d'une table de formage (14) traversant la boîte sous vide (20). L'invention vise à ménager des zones de rupture (30) dans les panneaux de fibres (4) formés directement lors du processus de formage et à obtenir un espace (36) de zone de rupture sans avoir à faire appel à des outils de coupe. Ainsi, les panneaux de fibres (4) s'adaptent facilement en largeur et longueur sans recourir à des outils. La séparation du panneau de fibres (4) offre en outre une face de rupture régulière garantissant qu'aucun pont thermique ne se forme au niveau des jointures. La boîte de formage (6) peut être dotée de cloisons verticales (12) s'étendant le long de la plaque de formage (4) et d'ensembles de cloisons verticales (13) s'étendant transversalement par rapport à la plaque de formage (14). Ces cloisons (12, 13) sont supposées permettre la fabrication de panneaux de fibres (4) à zones de rupture (30) ou de panneaux de fibres (4) en bandes/sections indépendantes (58, 60).
