A flexible and substantially non- resilient package (1) containing a num- ber of three-dimensional objects (50). The package is such that multiple packages are stacked on top of one another. The pack- age includes a flexible substantially rect- angular container (2) comprising oppos- ing top and bottom walls (10, 11) and two pairs of opposing side walls (12, 13 14, 15), all of which are joined together to form an interior chamber (3) for con- taining the non-rectangular objects. The three-dimensional objects to be contained, such as soap bars, are substantially rigid Image and non-rectangular. The objects have two non-planar opposing oblong faces (51, 52). The faces are connected by a pair of op- posing major peripheral edges (53, 54) and a pair of opposing minor peripheral edges (55, 56) with the minor peripheral edges being smaller than the major peripheral edges. The objects are placed within the container in face to face relation with the major and minor peripheral edges of each object being parallel. The objects are con- strained within the package so that move- ment of the objects with respect to one an- other and with respect to the container is substantially limited. Thereafter, multiple packages can be stacked on top of one another with the objects resting on their minor peripheral edges and the load of the objects can be transmitted through columns of stacked objects.
L'invention concerne un paquet souple et pratiquement pas élastique (1) contenant plusieurs objets tridimensionnels (50). Ledit paques est conçu de sorte que de multiples paquets puissent être empilés les uns sur les autres à l'intérieur de ce dernier. Ce paquet comporte un contenant souple (2) pratiquement rectangulaire présentant des parois supérieure et inférieure opposées (10, 11) ainsi que deux paires de parois latérales opposées (12, 13, 14, 15) reliées entre elles de manière à former une chambre intérieure (3) destinée à contenir des objets non rectangulaires. Lesdits objets tridimensionnels tels que des pains de savon sont pratiquement rigides et non rectangulaires. Ils présentent deux faces oblongues opposées non planes (51, 52) reliées par une paire de bords principaux périphériques opposés (53, 54) et une paire de bords périphériques mineurs (55, 56), la surface de ces derniers étant inférieure à celle des bords périphériques principaux. Les objets sont placés dans le contenant face à face, les bords périphériques principaux et mineurs de chaque objet étant parallèles. Lesdits objets sont emboîtés dans le paquet de manière à limiter le déplacement des objets les uns par rapport aux autres et par rapport au contenant. De multiples paquets peuvent être empilés les uns sur les autres, les objets reposant sur leur bord périphérique mineur et la charge desdits objets pouvant être transportée en colonnes d'objets empilés.
