The present invention relates to a nano-imprinting stamp for imprinting nanometer-sized to mm-sized structures, the stamp (1) having a base part and a first and a second imprinting section (2,3), the first and second impríntíng sections having a lithographic pattern (7) intended for imprinting in a receiving substrate. In a first aspect, the first and the second. imprinting sections (2,3) are independently displaceable in a direction substantially parallel to an imprinting direction of the imprinting stamp. In a second aspect, the first and the second imprinting sections (2,3) are mechanically weakly coupled in a direction substantially parallel to an imprintíng direction of the imprinting stamp. The stamp limits the effect of imperfections in or on the substrate to be imprinted with a lithographic pattern (7) and imperfections in or on the stamp and any combinations of such imperfections by localising the bending of the stamp to the base part (5) in- between the imprinting sections (2,3).
La présente invention concerne une étampe de nano-impression permettant d'imprimer des structures nanométriques et millimétriques. L'étampe (1) décrite dans cette invention comprend une partie base et une première et une seconde section impression (2,3), lesquelles sections présentent un motif lithographique (7) destiné à être imprimé sur un substrat récepteur. Selon un premier mode de réalisation, la première et la seconde section impression (2,3) sont mobiles indépendamment l'une de l'autre dans un sens essentiellement parallèle à un sens d'impression de l'étampe. Dans un second mode de réalisation, la première et la seconde section d'impression (2,3) sont couplées mécaniquement et de manière lâche dans un sens sensiblement parallèle à un sens d'impression de l'étampe d'impression. L'étampe limite l'effet des imperfections sur ou à l'intérieur du substrat devant être imprimé avec un motif lithographique (7) et des imperfections sur ou à l'intérieur de l'étampe, ainsi que de toutes les combinaisons d'imperfections possibles par positionnement de la courbure de l'étampe vers la partie base (5) entre les sections d'impression (2,3).
