The invention concerns a fluid flow control valve comprising: an intake (E) designed to be connected to a supply line, an outlet (S) designed to be connected to a discharge line, a mobile check valve (1) supported, at rest, on a check valve seat (2) so as to isolate the intake (E) from the outlet (S), actuating means (5, C) for moving the mobile check valve (1), said means including: a chamber (C) communicating with the intake (E) via a hole (11) of specific cross-section, the chamber (C) being arranged relative to the check valve (1) on the side opposite to the seat (2), so as to urge the check valve on its seat, and a bypass (5) connecting the chamber (C) to the outlet, the bypass being controllable between an open state for allowing through fluid and a closed state, the bypass having a passage cross-section greater than that of the hole (11) so as to cause the pressure to drop in the chamber when the bypass is open. The invention is characterized in that it incorporates fluid leakage sensing means (4, 5, 6) adapted to detect a leak downstream of the mobile check valve.
