The present invention relates to a lateral pole assemble of a collapsible tent which comprises two upper lateral poles which are hinged with a fixing seat situated at the top end of the pole and two lower lateral poles which are hinged with a sliding seat movably situated on the pole, wherein, the ends of two sets of upper and lower lateral poles are hinged with each other, the middle hinge points of the upper and lower lateral poles are offset, and the middle hinge points are displaced towards one sfide apart from the poles.
