The product, formed essentially as a praline, comprises a shell (1, 5) which encloses a creamy filling with very low viscosity (4, 8), possibly enhanced by a nut (3). The shell, which is covered with one or more coating layers (9, 11), possibly with the addition of a sprinkled substance (10) and decorative elements (12, 13), is constituted by two half-shells (1, 5) coupled face to face. One (1) of the half-shells is made of a mouldable substance such as chocolate, whereas the other half-shell (5) is made of wafer. The contribution of the half-shell (1) made of a mouldable substance to the weight of the shell is preferably greatly predominant in comparison with the corresponding contribution of the wafer half-shell (5).
Le produit selon l'invention a essentiellement la forme d'une confiserie. Il comprend une coquille (1,5) qui enveloppe une garniture crémeuse de très faible viscosité (4,8), éventuellement rehaussée par une noix (3). La coquille, qui est recouverte d'une ou de plusieurs couches d'enrobage (9,11) éventuellement avec l'addition d'une substance pulvérisée (10) et d'éléments décoratifs (12, 13) se compose de deux demi-coquilles (1,5) couplées face à face. Une (1) des demi-coquilles se compose d'une substance pouvant être moulée, comme du chocolat, tandis que l'autre demi-coquille (5) est constituée d'une gaufrette. Dans le poids de la coquille, la demi-coquille (1) composée d'une substance pouvant être moulée joue un rôle plus important que la demi-coquille en gaufrette (5).
