A fuel cell (10) for use in warming or heating of food in a chafer dish, outdoor supplemental lighting, and emitting of insecticide. The fuel cell including a fuel holding cavity (12) with a lid (14) thereon, and a wick (24) submerged within the fuel and extending out of the lid (14) through a hole (54). The fuel cell further including a recess (36) in the base (26) for allowing stacking of fuel cells by receiving the wick (24) of an adjacent fuel cell during stacking. The recess (36) further used for receiving a support (300) when it is desirous to suspend the fuel cell in the air such as to provide supplemental outdoor lighting or the emission of insecticide. The fuel cell also including a stem-sleeve (16, 20) combination for supporting the wick (24) within the hole (54).
Cette invention se rapporte à un réservoir à combustible (10) destiné à chauffer de la nourriture dans un plat-réchaud, à assurer un éclairage extérieur supplémentaire et à diffuser un insecticide. Ce réservoir à combustible comporte une cavité (12) destinée à contenir le combustible et recouverte d'un couvercle (14), et une mèche (24) immergée au sein du combustible et disposée de façon à ressortir du couvercle (14) à travers un orifice (54). Ledit réservoir à combustible comporte par ailleurs un évidement (36) ménagé dans sa base (26) et conçu pour permettre l'empilement de réservoirs à combustible de telle sorte que la mèche (24) d'un réservoir à combustible adjacent se trouve logé dans ledit évidement. Cet évidement sert également à loger un support (300) lorsqu'il est souhaitable de suspendre le réservoir à combustible en l'air dans le but d'assurer un éclairage extérieur supplémentaire ou la diffusion d'un insecticide. Ce réservoir à combustible comporte également une combinaison tige-manchon (16, 20) conçue pour maintenir la mèche (24) au sein de l'orifice (54) du couvercle.
