This functional system of a cement-mortar panel (102, 135, 160, 196, 216) with prestressed biaxial reinforcement (136, 161) specifically comprises a system that contributes to the constitution, both physically and in terms of form, and to the handling and use, under conditions of maximum safety and efficiency, of a panel (102, 135, 160, 196, 216) of the type prefabricated in cement mortar with prestressed biaxial reinforcement (136, 161), in which the cement-mortar panel has, embedded in the mass thereof, multi-purpose means (100, 157, 171, 175, 198, 217) for acting on the assembly of the panel (102, 135, 160, 196, 216) that allow the handling thereof and/or the fastening thereof to means for suspension from the structure of a building, means for controlling seismic phenomena and settling movements of the building, means for reducing moisture levels inside the building and means for reducing the infiltration of moisture to the inside of the panel.
L'invention concerne un système fonctionnel d'un panneau (102, 135, 160, 196, 216) de mortier de ciment à armature biaxiale précontrainte (136, 161). Concrètement, ledit système consiste en un système qui contribue à la constitution physique et formelle ainsi qu'à la manipulation et à l'utilisation dans des conditions de sécurité et d'efficacité maximales d'un panneau (102, 135, 160, 196, 216) de préfabriqués en mortier de ciment à armature biaxiale précontrainte (136, 161), dans lequel le panneau de mortier de ciment présente, intégrés dans sa masse, des moyens d'actionnement polyvalents (100, 157, 171, 175, 198, 217), sur l'ensemble du panneau (102, 135, 160, 196, 216), lesquels permettent sa manipulation et/ou sa fixation à des moyens de suspension à la structure d'une construction, de moyens qui surveillent les phénomènes sismiques et les mouvements d'assise de la construction, de moyens de réduction de l'humidité à l'intérieur de la construction et de moyens qui réduisent l'infiltration de l'humidité à l'intérieur du panneau.
