A Fischer-Tropsch (abbr. F-T) synthesis reactor of suspension state bed in three phases and accessory system including: a F-T synthesis reactor body (1), a gas distributor (2) at the bottom of the reactor, a heat exchanger inside the reactor, a liquid-solid filter and separator (5) in the middle of the reactor, a guide equipment (6) inside the reactor, a condensation and reflux separator (7) in gas vent space at the top of the reactor, a regulator and a cleaner for the separator (5), an on-line cleaner for the gas distributor (2), and an auxiliary system for processing deposit slurry. Optionally a pre-condensation - entrainment separator system is situated at the exit at the top of the reactor. The reactor can be used to F-T synthesis in industrial scale process.
La présente invention concerne un réacteur pour synthèse de Fischer-Tropsch à lit suspendu triphasique et un système annexe comprenant : un corps de réacteur pour synthèse de Fischer-Tropsch (1), un dispositif d'alimentation en gaz (2) situé au fond du réacteur, un échangeur thermique situé à l'intérieur du réacteur, un filtre séparateur liquide-solide (5) situé au milieu du réacteur, un dispositif de guidage (6) situé à l'intérieur du réacteur, un séparateur à condensation et à reflux (7) situé dans l'espace correspondant à l'évent des gaz au sommet du réacteur, un dispositif de régulation et de nettoyage du séparateur (5), un dispositif de nettoyage en ligne pour le dispositif d'alimentation en gaz (2) et un système annexe permettant le traitement des boues déposées. Un système séparateur par pré-condensation et entraînement peut éventuellement être présent au niveau de la sortie située au sommet du réacteur. Ce réacteur peut être utilisé dans le cadre d'un processus, à l'échelle industrielle, de synthèse de Fischer-Tropsch.
