An industrial door comprising a movable screen (3) for sealing or opening an aperture, wherein said screen is advantageously vertically raisable and has two vertical edges (3D, 3G) defining the screen width (L) and being engageable with respective guides (1, 2). The bottom wall of each guide has a horizontal cross-section defining a first or moving area where the spacing (E) between the bottom walls of the guides is greater than the width (L) of the screen, and at least one second or sealing area where the spacing (E) between the bottom walls of the guides is smaller than the width (L) of the screen. When the screen is moved, its edges do not rub against the guides. When the screen is lowered, the wind pressure exerted on the screen urges the edges into engagement with the narrower portions of the guides.

Il possède deux côtés verticaux (3D, 3G) qui en délimitent la largeur (L) et s'engagent dans des guides respectifs (1,2). La paroi inférieure de chaque guide comporte une partie transversale formant une première zone de déplacement dans laquelle l'espacement (E) entre les parois inférieures des guides est supérieur à la largeur (L) de l'écran et au moins une seconde zone d'étanchéité dans laquelle l'espacement (E) entre les parois inférieures des guides est inférieur à la largeur (L) de l'écran. Lorsque ce dernier est déplacé, ses côtés ne frottent pas contre les guides. Lorsque l'écran est abaissé, la pression du vent sur ce dernier provoque l'enclenchement des côtés avec les parties plus étroites des guides.
