A utility door for opening and closing an opening in a wall, comprising a flexible curtain (1), said opening being closed when the curtain is extended and open when the curtain is bunched up on one side of the opening. On said side of the opening, the door comprises a curtain winding shaft or straps for folding and moving the curtain, the winding shaft is rotated by an electric motor, and the curtain has one edge attached to the shaft or adjacent thereto, and an opposite movable free edge. Said door comprises a safety system including at least one elongate element such as a strap capable of being wound around the winding shaft together with said curtain or said straps while one end of said strap is substantially attached to the free curtain edge, as well as means for delivering a signal when the tension in the strap (10) falls below a predetermined threshold.
Porte de manutention pour réaliser l'ouverture et la fermeture d'une baie dans une paroi, comportant un rideau souple (1), ladite baie étant obturée quand le rideau est déployé, et dégagée quand le rideau est amassé sur un bord de la baie, la porte comportant sur ledit bord de la baie un arbre d'enroulement pour recevoir ledit rideau, ou des sangles servant à déplacer ledit rideau par pliage, l'arbre d'enroulement étant entraîné en rotation par un moteur électrique, ledit rideau ayant un bord fixé audit arbre ou au voisinage dudit arbre, et un bord opposé libre déplaçable, caractérisé en ce qu'elle comporte un système de sécurité comprenant d'une part au moins un élément longiforme tel qu'une sangle enroulable avec le rideau ou les sangles sur ledit arbre d'enroulement tandis qu'une extrémité de ladite sangle est fixée sensiblement au bord libre du rideau, et d'autre part des moyens pour émettre un signal quand la tension de la sangle (10) descend en dessous d'un seuil prédéterminé.
