The present invention relates to a grinding tool for grinding buttons of a rock drill bit, a grinding cup, a grinding spindle and a method to mount the grinding cup on a grinding spindle. The grinding tool (10) comprises a rotatable grinding spindle (11), a grinding cup (15) having flush channels and a spring (14) holding them together. The grinding spindle (11) and the grinding cup comprises co-operative recess (27) and projection (16) means. The grinding tool (10) has a working direction (R). One end (36) ot the spring (14) is substantially firmly connected in the axial direction to the grinding spindle (11). The spring is provided to allow rotation of the grinding cup (15) relative to the grinding spindle (11) only in the working direction (R) of the grinding tool (10). The grinding cup (15) comprises a wholly rotation symmetrical, cylindrical surface (37) as the only means for driving.
La présente invention concerne un outil de rectification permettant de rectifier les pastilles d'un trépan pour roches, une meule cupuliforme, une broche porte-meule, ainsi qu'un procédé de montage de la meule cupuliforme sur la broche porte-meule. Ledit outil (10) de rectification comprend une broche (11) porte-meule rotative, une meule (15) cupuliforme à canaux d'évacuation, et un ressort (14) maintenant l'ensemble. La broche (11) porte-meule et la meule cupuliforme comportent respectivement un évidement (27) et un élément (16) de saillie qui coopèrent. L'outil (10) de rectification possède un sens (R) de travail. Une extrémité (36) du ressort (14) est connectée de façon sensiblement fixe, dans le sens axial, à la broche (11) porte-meule. Le ressort permet ainsi la rotation de la meule (15) cupuliforme par rapport à la broche (11) porte-meule uniquement dans le sens (R) de travail de l'outil (10) de rectification. La meule (15) cupuliforme possède, comme seul moyen d'entraînement, une surface cylindrique (37) totalement symétrique en rotation.
