The invention describes a holding fixture (2) for a blood sample collection tube (3) of a blood-taking device (1) which has a collecting container (11). with needle carrier (22), for a front end of the blood sample collection tube (3) which is closed off by a closure device (39). Mounted in the needle carrier (22) is a syringe (23) directed toward the opened end (12) of the collecting container (1) and projecting in its direction. A connecting passage (32) formed between the needle carrier (22) and a front wall (17) of the collecting container (11) links a flow channel (53) with a collecting needle (5) of a needle arrangement (4) that is excentric to a central longitudinal axis (13) of the collecting chamber (15). As required, an openable valve arrangement (52) is situated between the connecting passage (32) and a collecting chamber (15) This valve arrangement (52) is formed by a tube valve (36) or flap valve disposed between the syringe (23) and the collecting container (15) and/or the connecting passage (32) between the syringe (23) is preferably set concentric to the collecting container (11). The flow channel (31) feeds into the connecting passage (32) between the syringe (23) and an outer wall of the collecting container (11).
L'invention concerne un système de fixation (2) pour tube de prélèvement sanguin (3) d'un dispositif pour prise de sang (1) pourvu d'un récipient collecteur (11), prévu pour l'extrémité avant d'un tube de prélèvement sanguin (3), fermée par un système de fermeture (39), ainsi que d'un porte-aiguille (22). Une canule (23) dirigée vers l'extrémité avant (12) ouverte du récipient collecteur (11) est maintenue dans le porte-aiguille (22) et fait saillie en direction de ladite extrémité. Un orifice de passage (53) est relié, par l'intermédiaire d'un canal de jonction (32) situé entre le porte-aiguille (22) et une paroi avant (17) du récipient collecteur (11), à l'aiguille de prélèvement (5) d'un module-aiguille (4), placée de manière excentrée par rapport à un axe longitudinal médian (13) de la chambre collectrice (15). Un système de clapet (52) pouvant s'ouvrir si nécessaire est placé entre le canal de jonction (32) et une chambre collectrice (15) du récipient collecteur (11). Ce système (52) est formé par un clapet tubulaire flexible (36) ou par un clapet à rabat. La canule (23) est montée de préférence de manière concentrique par rapport au récipient collecteur (11). Un canal de passage (31) débouche entre la canule (23) et une paroi extérieure du récipient collecteur (11) dans le canal de jonction (32).
