The present invention concerns a fluorescence resonance energy transfer based high throughput test system to measure the formation of the RSV F1 six-helix bundle. In a first embodiment the current invention relates to a homogeneous time resolved fluorescence-based test system comprising a first helical polypeptide consisting essentially of the sequence of IQN57 (SEQ ID NO: 1); a second helical polypeptide consisting essentially of the sequence of C45 (SEQ ID NO: 2) wherein said IQN57 is labeled with a light emitting fluorophore and said C45 is labeled with an ultra-violet excitable fluorophore.
La présente invention concerne un système de test haut débit à base de transfert d'énergie par résonance de fluorescence destiné à mesurer la formation du faisceau à six hélices F1 de RSV. Dans un premier mode de réalisation, la présente invention porte sur un système de test basé sur la fluorescence en temps résolu, homogène, comprenant un premier polypeptide hélicoïdal consistant essentiellement en la séquence de IQN57 (SEQ ID NO: 1), en un second polypeptide hélicoïdal consistant essentiellement la séquence de C45 (SEQ ID NO: 2), dans laquelle ledit IQN57 est marqué par un fluorophore émettant de la lumière et ledit C45 est marqué par un fluorophore excitable par les ultraviolets.
