A homogeniser (1) including: a housing; a drive mechanism (3) located within said housing (2); and a cutting element (4) attached to said drive mechanism (3), characterised in that at least part of said drive mechanism (3) is reversibly movable within said housing (2) between a position in which said cutting element (4) is located within said housing (2) and a position in which the cutting element (4) at least partially projects outside said housing (2) and thereby cleaning of same.
L'invention concerne un homogénéisateur (1) comprenant un boîtier, un mécanisme d'entraînement (3) disposé dans ce boîtier (2) et un élément de coupe (4) fixé à ce mécanisme d'entraînement (3). L'invention se caractérise en ce qu'une partie au moins du mécanisme d'entraînement (3) peut se déplacer réversiblement dans ledit boîtier (2) entre une position dans laquelle l'élément de coupe (4) est logé dans le boîtier (2) et une position dans laquelle l'élément de coupe (4) fait au moins partiellement saillie à l'extérieur du boîtier (2), d'où le nettoyage de ce dernier.
