THE WIND OR WATER GENERATOR~ is a wind, hydro or exhaust gas machine for turning large diameter gears. It is known to have many horizontal blades that form a round tunnel that is suspended by ball bearing race cradles. In this invention several pairs of large diameter gears encircle the tunnel so as to provide a mechanical moans of coupling up with gears that extended from both side of the generators shaft. There is a multiplicity of generators that both surround the wind tunnel blades and also extend along the length of the tunnel and bolted to the ground fixed race cradles. In this invention there is a nose come situated on the ground directly in front of the entrance so as to redirect the prevailing winds or forces away from the center of the tunnel and thereby concentrate the on coming air or water stream directly onto and through the horizontal blades. The nose come contains hydraulically operated dampers that serve to pen or close off the prevailing winds so as to cease rotation of said machine.
