A hydropower device for generating electric power comprises a pipe (1) having an upstream portion (2) and a downstream portion (3) and being arranged to convey water. A valve (5) is provided at the downstream portion and adjustable between a closed position hindering the water and an open position permitting the water to flow. A cylinder member (10) defines an inner space (11) and having a first end and a second end. The inner space extends away from the pipe along a centre axis (x) and receives water from the pipe via the first end when the valve is in the closed position. A piston (13) is disposed in the inner space and movable back and forth along the centre axis. The piston moves away from the pipe by means of an overpressure arising when the valve is in the closed position. The piston forms a part of an electrical linear generator outputting electric power in response to the movement of the piston.
Un dispositif dénergie hydraulique destiné à générer de lénergie électrique comprend une tuyauterie (1) ayant une partie en amont (2) et une partie en aval (3) et étant conçue pour acheminer de leau. Un robinet (5) est prévu au niveau de la partie en aval et peut être réglé entre une position fermée bloquant leau et une position ouverte permettant à leau de sécouler. Un élément cylindrique (10) définit un espace interne (11) et a une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité. Lespace interne sétend loin de la tuyauterie le long dun axe central (x) et reçoit leau de la tuyauterie via la première extrémité lorsque le robinet est dans la position fermée. Un piston (13) est disposé dans lespace interne et peut être déplacé selon un mouvement de va-et-vient le long de laxe central. Le piston sécarte de la tuyauterie au moyen d'une surpression créée lorsque le robinet est dans la position fermée. Le piston forme une partie dun générateur linéaire électrique produisant de lénergie électrique en réponse au mouvement du piston.
