A key and lock device comprises a key (101) and a stand-alone lock (20). The key has an electronic circuitry (101a) with a first memory (101b), and a first contact (101c). The lock (20) has an electronic circuitry (20a) with a second memory means (20b), and a second contact means (20c) arranged to co-operate with the first contact means (101c). Also, there is a blocking mechanism (20d) adapted to block operation of the lock unless an authorised key is inserted in the lock. The memory of the key stores a public identification item of the key identifying a group of keys having identical mechanical codes. In the memory of the lock, there is provided a list of the public and secret identification items of authorised keys and a list of the public identification item of non- authorised keys. A key is authorised if the public and secret identification items are present in the list of authorised keys and the public identification item thereof is absent in the list of non-authorised keys. This provides for an easy and flexible way of authorising key and lock devices and adding new keys to a system.
L'invention concerne un dispositif à clé et verrou qui comprend une clé (101) et un verrou autonome (20). Cette clé est dotée d'un circuit électronique (101a) comprenant une première mémoire (101b) et un premier contact (101c). Ce verrou (20) est doté d'un circuit électronique (20a) comprenant une seconde mémoire (20b) et un second contact (20c) arrangés pour coopérer avec le premier contact (101c). Ce dispositif comprend également un mécanisme de blocage (20d) conçu pour bloquer le fonctionnement du verrou à moins qu'une clé autorisée ne soit insérée dans le verrou. La mémoire de la clé stocke un article d'identification publique de la clé identifiant un groupe de clés possédant des codes mécaniques identiques. La mémoire du verrou comprend une liste des articles d'identification publique et secrète de clés autorisées et une liste de l'article d'identification publique de clés non autorisées. Une clé reçoit une autorisation si les articles d'identification publique et secrète sont présents dans la liste de clés autorisées et son article d'identification publique est absent de la liste de clés non autorisées. On obtient ainsi une manière facile et flexible d'attribuer des autorisations à des dispositifs à clé et verrou et d'ajouter des nouvelles clés à un système.
