A kit of lyophilized thrombin and lyophilized fibrinogen comprises fibrinogen of 50- 100 mg/ml, thrombin of 100-1000 IU/ml and 20-60 mmol/L CaCl2 used to compound fibrin membrane. The lyophilized thrombin and lyophilized fibrinogen are applied in a clinical tumor operation for reducing the risk of tumor metastasis after the operation. The solutions of thrombin and fibrinogen are daubed on the surface of a tumor, where they mix and form a solid-meshy fibrin membrane that prevents pervasion of tumor cells caused by incision and trauma in the tumor operation, thereby reducing the risk of palindromia and metabasis after the operation and improving the patient's life span.

L'invention concerne une trousse de thrombine lyophilisée et de fibrinogène lyophilisé, qui comprend du fibrinogène à raison de 50-100 mg/ml, de la thrombine à raison de 100-1000 IU/ml et 20-60 mmol/L de CaCl2 et est destinée à se mélanger à une membrane de fibrine. La thrombine lyophilisée et le fibrinogène lyophilisé sont appliqués au cours d'une opération chirurgicale sur une tumeur afin de réduire le risque de métastase tumorale consécutif à l'opération. Les solutions de thrombine et de fibrinogène sont enduites sur la surface d'une tumeur, où elles se mélangent et forment une membrane de fibrine solidement maillée qui empêche la dissémination des cellules tumorales due à l'incision de la tumeur et au traumatisme de l'opération, ce qui permet de réduire le risque de récidive et de métastase consécutif à l'opération, et d'améliorer la durée de vie du patient.
