A knot structure for neckties includes a sheath member having an upper opening and a lower opening which is smaller than the upper opening, an inner side of the sheath member being formed with a plurality of raised lines, an upper end of the sheath member having two opposite lug portions on each of which there is a hole, an elastic tape having two ends connected with the two lug portions by two fasteners, and a rod horizontally mounted within the sheath member whereby one may wear a necktie easily and rapidly.
