A method for the deoxofluorination of a ketone for the production of a geminal difluoride compound in an industrial scale comprising the following steps: - preparing an educt mixture comprising a ketone and a dialkylaminosulfur trifluoride, - letting flow the educt mixture into a reaction chamber of defined length, diameter and volume, with a flow path having a width perpendicular to the direction of the flow in the range of 1-10 mm, at a temperature of at least 75 °C up to 120 °C, preferably between 80 and 100 °C, to perform the deoxofluorination reaction, said reaction chamber being continuously fed with the educt mixture, and obtaining a product mixture - quenching the product mixture with a basic aqueous solution in a cooled reservoir vessel.
La présente invention porte sur une méthode de désoxofluoration d'une cétone pour produire un dérivé gem-difluoré à l'échelle industrielle, ladite méthode comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : - élaborer un mélange de départ comprenant une cétone et un dialkylaminotrifluorosulfurane, - verser le mélange de départ dans une chambre de réaction de longueur, de diamètre et de volume déterminés, le sens d'écoulement présentant une largeur perpendiculaire au débit compris entre 1 et 10 mm, à une température d'au moins 75 °C et pouvant aller jusqu'à 120 °C, préférentiellement comprise entre 80 et 100 °C, pour mener la réaction de désoxofluoration, ladite chambre de réaction étant alimentée en continu par le mélange de départ, et obtenir un mélange d'arrivée - traiter le mélange d'arrivée par une solution aqueuse basique dans un réservoir refroidi.
