A pet walking leash for walking pets is disclosed having a flexible leash with a first end attachable to an animal collar and a second end attached to a leash dispenser, the leash dispenser including a leash housing for storing the leash and a hand grip positioned adjacent the leash housing. A bag dispenser is mounted to the leash housing at a position adjacent the hand grip, said bag dispenser having a bag housing adapted to retain a plurality of plastic disposal bags and also having an opening configured to permit individual bags to pass there through.
