The invention relates to a lid (8) of a container, especially a beverage can, comprising a substantially flat lid surface (9) and a preferably folded edge area, with at least one re-closeable pouring opening (10) being provided on the lid surface (9), a closure means (1) associated with the pouring opening (10) being provided on the bottom side of the lid surface (9) and an actuation means (6) which penetrates the lid surface (9) being arranged on the upper side of the lid surface (9) accessible from the outside, and the closure means (1) being movable from a closed position to an opened position through actuation of the actuation means (6), the closure means (1) being of integral configuration and being fixed entirely in a torsion-proof manner to the bottom side of the lid surface (9), and the actuation means (6) comprises a support element (12, 12', 14, 15) which cooperates with the lid surface (9) when the closure means (1) is in the opened position, the integral closure means (1) comprises a fastening part (3) for non-detachable connection with the lid surface (9), and a closure area (4) for closing the pouring opening (10) in a liquid-tight manner, with a joint (2) being provided between fastening part (3) and closure area (4), about which the closure area (4) of the closure means (1) can be swiveled against a restoring force, characterized in that the joint (2) is arranged as an area with increased flexibility disposed between the fastening part (3) and the closure area (4).
L'invention concerne un couvercle (8) d'un récipient, en particulier d'une canette, avec une surface de couvercle (9) essentiellement plane et avec une zone de bord de préférence repliée, sachant : qu'au moins une ouverture de versement refermable (10) est disposée sur la surface de couvercle (9) ; qu'un moyen d'obturation (1) associé à l'ouverture de versement (10) est disposé sur le dessous de la surface de couvercle (9), et qu'un moyen d'actionnement (6) relié au moyen d'obturation (1) et traversant la surface de couvercle (9) est disposé sur le dessus de la surface de couvercle (9) en étant accessible de l'extérieur, le moyen d'obturation (1) pouvant être déplacé d'une position fermée dans une position ouverte en actionnant le moyen d'actionnement (6) ; que le moyen d'obturation (1) est réalisé d'un seul tenant et est installé en totalité sur le dessous de la surface de couvercle (9) en étant bloqué en rotation ; que le moyen d'actionnement (6) présente un élément de retenue (12, 12', 14, 15) qui coopère avec la surface de couvercle (9) lorsque le moyen d'obturation (1) se trouve dans la position ouverte ; et que le moyen d'obturation d'un seul tenant (1) présente une partie de fixation (3) qui se trouve en liaison permanente avec la surface de couvercle (9) et une zone d'obturation (4) qui ferme en étanchéité au liquide l'ouverture de versement (10), une articulation (2) étant prévue entre la partie de fixation (3) et la zone d'obturation (4), articulation autour de laquelle la zone d'obturation (4) du moyen d'obturation (1) peut pivoter à l'encontre d'une force de rappel. Selon l'invention, l'articulation (2) est réalisée sous la forme d'une zone de flexibilité accrue qui se trouve entre la partie de fixation (3) et la zone d'obturation (4).
