A liner hose for use in the reconstruction of damaged buried conduits or pipelines, in particular sewers, comprises inner and outer layers (1, 2) of liquid-tight plastic film material and a number of substantially uniform intermediate layers (3-7) composed at least partially of a fibrous material impregnated with a curable resin. Each intermediate layer (3-7) is formed from a strip (13), which is substantially unstretchable in any direction and has a width such as to enable folding of the strip into a closed hose structure with unbonded seamless overlapping. The overlap sections (8-12) of all intermediate layers (3-7) are located with mutual separation in the same side of the liner in its folded condition. The liner hose is manufactured by arranging a number of said strips (13) into a sandwich configuration with the inner calibration hose (19) with the strips (13) overlapping each other with a mutual substantially uniform displacement, so that the total separation of longitudinal edges of lower and upper strips (13) is less than half the width of each strip (13), and folding the sandwich configuration in one operation around the inner hose (1).
L'invention concerne un tuyau à doublure destiné à la reconstruction de conduites et pipelines endommagés, notamment d'égouts. Il comprend des couches interne et externe (1, 2) d'une matière plastique imperméable aux liquides et un certain nombre de couches intermédiaires sensiblement uniformes (3-7) composées au moins en partie d'une matière fibreuse imprégnée avec une résine durcissable. Chaque couche intermédiaire (3-7) est formée à partir d'une bande (13) qui est sensiblement non étirable dans n'importe quelle direction et dont la largeur permet de replier la bande pour former une structure de tuyau fermée, avec un chevauchement sans coutures ni collage. Les parties chevauchantes (8-12) de toutes les couches intermédiaires (3-7) sont disposées avec une séparation mutuelle du même côté de la doublure lorsque celle-ci est repliée. On fabrique le tuyau à doublure en disposant en sandwich un certain nombre de bandes (13), le tuyau de calibrage interne (19) avec les bandes (13) se chevauchant avec un décalage mutuel sensiblement uniforme de manière à ce que la séparation totale des bords en longueur des bandes inférieure et supérieure (13) représente moins de la moitié de chaque bande (13), et en repliant la configuration en sandwich autour du tuyau interne (1) en une seule opération.
