It is intended to provide a lipase composition containing: (a) a powdery lipase which is a lipase originating in Rhizomucor sp. or a powdery lipase which is a lipase originating in Penicillium sp.; and (b) a powdery lipase selected from the group consisting of a powdery lipase which is a lipase originating in Alcaligenes sp., a powdery lipase which is a lipase originating in Rhizopus sp. and a powdery lipase which is a lipase originating in Thermomyces sp. By using this lipase composition, it is possible to efficiently esterify a compound having at least one alcoholic hydroxyl group per molecule with a carboxylic acid.

L'invention concerne une composition de lipase contenant : (a) une lipase en poudre qui est une lipase provenant de l'espèce Rhizomucor sp. ou une lipase en poudre qui est une lipase provenant de l'espèce Penicillium sp. ; et (b) une lipase en poudre choisie dans le groupe constitué d'une lipase en poudre qui est une lipase provenant de l'espèce Alcaligenes sp., d'une lipase en poudre qui est une lipase provenant de l'espèce Rhizopus sp. et d'une lipase en poudre qui est une lipase provenant de l'espèce Thermomyces sp. En utilisant cette composition de lipase, il est possible d'estérifier de façon efficace un composé ayant au moins un groupe hydroxyle alcoolique par molécule avec un acide carboxylique.
