The present invention is directed to a liposomal preparation which is based on a composition of specific lipids which comprises at least one cationic lipopolyamine and at least one neutral lipid in a molar ratio of about 0.02:1 to about 2.0:1. The liposomal compounds are also combined with a biologically active agent, forming liposomal compounds. These compounds are useful in drug delivery, where specific therapeutic compounds are provided in the liposomes. The specific lipid components of the present invention provide a highly efficient and stable delivery system for nucleic acids. Consequently, one embodiment of the invention provide the liposomal preparations which are suitable for use in gene therapy.
La présente invention se rapporte à une préparation liposomique basée sur des composants lipidiques spécifiques. Les composés liposomiques sont également combinés à un agent biologiquement actif pour former des liposomes. Ces composés sont utilisés dans l'administration de médicaments, les composés thérapeutiques spécifiques étant introduits dans les liposomes.
