Subject-matter of this invention is live voice device particularly for cellular telephone apparatus for use in motor vehicles equipped with a radio receiver apparatus including a low frequency power amplification section and a loudspeaker system for diffusion of sounds and equipped with a magnetic head to read a magnetically recorder tape, comprising electronic means adapted to handle the cellular phone low frequency signals for a free-hand and in live voice condition conversation with the telephone apparatus and through said loudspeaker system.
