The present invention provides a method for the production of shaped parts (12), comprising the following steps: First, a profiled material (20) of an aluminium alloy is prepared. Then, a profiled piece (10) of predetermined length is produced by cutting the profiled material (20) to length. Thereafter, the profiled piece (10) is inserted into a press (14). Finally, the profiled piece (10) is pressed in the press (14) into the desired shape. The present invention further provides a load-bearing shaped part consisting of cold-worked aluminium.
La présente invention concerne une méthode pour la production de pièces profilées (12) comportant les étapes suivantes : d'abord, une forme initiale (20) en alliage d'aluminium est produite. Ensuite, une pièce profilée (10) de longueur prédéterminée est produite en coupant la forme initiale (20) à la longueur prédéterminée. Par la suite, la pièce profilée (10) est introduite dans une presse (14). Finalement, la pièce profilée (10) est soumise à l'action de la presse (14) qui lui confère la forme désirée. La présente invention permet d'obtenir des pièces profilées porteuses en aluminium formé à froid.
