In this invention, the album is comprised of loose-leaves, each of which is made of a clear double-layered plastic film. A willfully locatable clear membrane fixes and seals a photo and/or its caption of any size in any direction. The edges of the membrane apply adhesive rubber to stick a photo to a loose-leaf. The rubber does not directly contact the photo so that it cannot damage the original photo and can also relocate it. A background and environment caption can be placed inside the double-layered loose-leaf or with a separate membrane. Therefore, this invention design allows users to locate photos and their background and caption willfully according to individual interests and makes or re- creates exquisite art photo albums with individual characteristics.
