A malodour counteracting device (1) comprises an outlet fitting (5) for securing in an outlet (2) from a male urinal (3). A carrier member (21) secured to the outlet fitting (5) carries a tubular guide (22) through which a spindle (23) is slidably carried. A tubular spacer (24) supports a support disc (18) which in turn carries a malodour counteracting disc (19) which is impregnated with a malodour counteracting compound for counteracting malodours emanating through the outlet (2) of the urinal (3). An upper shield (25) secured to the spindle (23) clamps the disc (19) onto the support (18). The upper shield (25) is raisable by sliding the spindle (23) through the tubular guide (22) for facilitating replacement of the disc (19) with a fresh disc. A lower shield (30) defines with a flange (8) of the outlet fitting (5) an annular gap (31) which retains cigarette butts and other debris in the urinal (3).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif (1) de neutralisation des mauvaises odeurs muni d'un adaptateur (5) d'évacuation se fixant à l'intérieur d'une évacuation (2) d'urinoir (3). Un élément support (21) assujetti à l'adaptateur (5) d'évacuation comporte un guide tubulaire (22) au travers duquel coulisse un axe (23). Un manchon séparateur (24) soutient un disque support (18) qui porte lui-même un disque (19) de neutralisation des mauvaises odeurs, imprégné d'un composé de neutralisation des mauvaises odeurs capable de neutraliser les mauvaises odeurs se dégageant de l'évacuation (2) de l'urinoir (3). Un bouclier supérieur (25) assujetti à l'axe (23) bloque le disque (19) contre le support (18). Pour faciliter le remplacement du disque (19) par un disque neuf, le bouclier supérieur (25) peut se relever par coulissement de l'axe (23) au travers du guide tubulaire (22). Un bouclier inférieur (30) définit avec une corolle (8) de l'adaptateur (5) d'évacuation un espace annulaire (31) retenant dans l'urinoir (3) les mégots de cigarettes et autres débris.
