By passing air 3 containing a liquid absorbent material 2 in the thickness direction of an air-permeable member 50 covering an opening 27a of a mold member 27, the liquid absorbent material 2 is deposited on the air-permeable member 50. In an apparatus 10 manufacturing an absorbent body 1 associated with an absorbent article, the air-permeable member 50 is securely reinforced, and deformation thereof is suppressed. The reinforcing member 60 is provided that reinforces the air-permeable member 50 by being superimposed on the air-permeable member 50 in the thickness direction. The reinforcing member 60 is a mesh in which the first wire 61 and the second wire 62 that intersect are connected at intersection points CP60 thereof. At the intersection points CP60, the reinforcing member 60 is joined to the air-permeable member 50.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif (10) de fabrication d'un corps absorbant (1) lié à un article absorbant. Le dispositif (10) fabrique le corps absorbant (1) en provoquant le passage d'un gaz (3) contenant une matière brute absorbant les liquides (2) à travers une matière perméable au gaz (50), qui recouvre l'ouverture (27a) d'un élément de moule (27), dans la direction de l'épaisseur de celui-ci de façon à disposer en couche la matière première absorbant les liquides (2) sur l'élément perméable au gaz (50). Le dispositif (10) comprend un élément de renfort (60) superposé à l'élément perméable au gaz (50) dans la direction de l'épaisseur afin de renforcer celui-ci (50). L'élément de renfort (60) est un corps maillé constitué par des premiers fils (61) et des seconds fils (62) de telle sorte que chacun des premiers fils (61) et chacun des seconds fils (62) interagissent l'un avec l'autre au niveau de l'intersection (CP60) à laquelle les premiers et seconds fils (61, 62) se rejoignent. Au niveau des intersections (CP60), l'élément de renfort (60) est lié à l'élément perméable au gaz (50).
