A granular and powder dispenser, essentially for dispensing food products by the teaspoon for making beverages, but not limited in this regard. Product is fed from product bottles through top plate fixed position holes into carrier pockets. Carrier operates on a shaft, floating between top plate with fill holes and laterally fixed position bottom plate with delivery holes. One each movement of levers, right or left through 90°. The attached carrier receives product loaded into pockets and product is discharged from pockets into a funnel and thence to a cup or other such vessel. The shaft extends through top plate into product bottles and a sweep is attached therein. When a lever is moved, the sweep disturbs any bridging or caking of product and facilitates the emptying of product facilitates the emptying of product from the storage bottles.
