A mobile material screening apparatus (100) for separating bulk particulate material into groups of particles of differing sizes comprises a support chassis (2), a horizontal screen box (3) housed within the support chassis (2) and an additional inclined pre-screening module (50) which is adapted to be demountably attached to the support chassis (2). The mobile screening apparatus (100) comprises five outputs. Foldable conveyors (7a, 8, 9, 910, 920) can be deployed outwardly from and stowed inwardly against the material screening apparatus. The provision of an inclined pre-screening module (50) provides relief to the horizontal screen box (3) by first removing the larger sized particles from the bulk material which can be returned to a crusher for recycling and serves also to increase the total number of grades of material separated by the screening apparatus.

L'invention concerne un appareil de criblage de matière mobile (100) permettant de séparer la matière particulaire en vrac en groupes de particules de différentes tailles comportant un châssis de support (2), une caisse de criblage horizontale (3) logée à l'intérieur du châssis de support (2) et un module de pré-criblage incliné supplémentaire (50) qui est conçu pour être attaché de manière démontable sur le châssis de support (2). L'appareil de criblage mobile (100) comporte cinq sorties. Des convoyeurs pliables (7a, 8, 9, 910, 920) peuvent être déployés vers l'extérieur en provenance de l'appareil de criblage de matière et rangés vers l'intérieur contre celui-ci. La mise en AEuvre d'un module de pré-criblage incliné (50) soulage la caisse de criblage horizontale (3) en retirant tout d'abord les particules de grande taille de la matière en vrac que l'on peut renvoyer dans un concasseur à des fins de recyclage et sert également à augmenter le nombre total de calibres de matière séparée par l'appareil de criblage.
