La présente invention a trait à un système d'information pour la gestion de fonctionnement de dispositifs médicaux dans l'administration de traitement à un patient, comportant : un processeur de commandes pour le traitement d'une commande du médecin pour le démarrage d'une administration de traitement à un patient ; un processeur de gestion de dispositifs pour la réception d'éléments de données dérivés du processeur de commandes comprenant au moins un parmi (a) un identifiant de patient et (b) un identifiant pour l'identification de la commande du médecin, et pour le traitement et l'utilisation des éléments de données pour le contrôle d'accès à un dispositif médical utilisé pour l'administration du traitement au patient ; et une interface de communication entre le processeur de gestion de dispositifs et le dispositif médical.
