The present invention relate to a melt down composite feather and/or down wadding and its producing method and equipment. The problem of forming, fixing, sewing and cutting out the feather and/or down material is successfully solved. By application of the invention, the feather and/or down characteristics of thermal insulation, softness and tensile strength are much improved. The invention belongs to melt blown nonwovens field. The main idea of the present invention is described as the following. The molten polymer is extruded and blown out of the die heads by high-velocity hot air to form two or more layers of melt blown fiber webs. The webs tend to extend to join together and a certain angle B exists between the extending directions of the webs. In the same time, the pre-equalized feather and/or down is blown out of down slot jet positioned between the die heads in the laminated state and sandwiched and wrapped by the melt blown fiber webs. Said fiber webs and said feather and/or down blown out of the feather and/or down slot jet twine and stick together randomly and they are condensed, and collected on the receiving device to form the melt blown composite feather and/or down madding.
La présente invention porte sur une ouatine composite de plume et/ou duvet produite par fusion-soufflage ainsi que sur la méthode et le matériel de production. Le problème de former, fixer, coudre et tailler le matériau de plume et/ou duvet est résolu avec succès. Par l'application de l'invention, les caractéristiques d'isolation thermique, de douceur et de résistance à la traction de la ouatine de plume et/ou duvet dont nettement améliorées. L'invention relève du domaine des non-tissés de fusion-soufflage. L'idée maîtresse de la présente invention se décrit comme suit. Le polymère fondu est extrudé et poussé hors des têtes d'extrusion par de l'air chaud soufflé à haute vitesse de manière à former deux couches ou plus de voiles de fibres. Les voiles ont tendance à s'étendre pour s'assembler et il existe un certain angle B entre les sens d'extension des voiles. En même temps, la plume et/ou le duvet pré-égalisé est soufflé hors de la buse à duvet placée entre les têtes d'extrusion à l'état laminé et pris en sandwich et enveloppé par les voiles de fibres. Lesdits voiles de fibres et ledit matériau de plume et/ou duvet soufflé hors de la buse à duvet se tordent et se collent ensemble de façon aléatoire et ils sont condensés et recueillis sur le dispositif récepteur pour former la ouatine composite de plume et/ou duvet de fusion-soufflage.
